V35 will emphasize the P-H, HPr, HPU, BB, ZPR, BBZ & ZBB and introduce a new movement, the Super-BB [H-1PU-2TH-3JK]. V35 will have some challenging sprint sets, stamina sets (10:00 efforts) and some pacing work with movement combinations. I will continue to encourage PLP’s, they work the apposing PU muscle groups [balance]…
