About this cycle

July. 8, 2019 – Sept. 21, 2019

In my thinking, it’s important to know where you were, where you are and where you want to be (goals). ReNA uses a pre and post evaluation ‘workout’ (affectionately called EVE) and timed efforts to measure progress and find weakness. V34 will emphasize the H, HPr, HP, BB, ZPR, BBZ. V34 will focus on ’back to basics’ and perfect form. V34 will have some challenging sprint sets, stamina sets and more pacing work. I have ‘tweaked’ EVE for V34. We will go back to the BBZ [the BST was to
complex for EVE] and added another :60 PU effort [balance]. All in all, the points total is close, but you have to earn them new ways. More PU training & PLP encouragement [Challenge?]. It’s important to add PLP’s [back work] to your training they work the apposing PU muscle groups [balance]…

Remember, it’s the HARD reps that unlock the door to the Magic Kingdom… J
