V33

About this cycle

V33 will emphasize the HPr, HP, H2P, H3P, [H5P?], BB, ZPR, BBZ and the BST.  V33 will concentrate on Multiple PU [3-5r] SQTH > Pr [1-3r] sets and long [5:00-10:00] intervals.  V33 will have some challenging sprint sets, more pacing work [mixed paces, PU’s, TH’s, JK’s, etc] and the BST.  I’m thinking to repeat the V32 BST challenge set (week 11), more PU training & PLP encouragement [Challenge?].  It’s important to add PLP’s to your training (balance), they work the apposing PU muscle groups…
