About this cycle

Jan. 7, 2019 – Mar. 23, 2019

V32 will emphasize the SQTH[H], SQTH > PU[HP], BB, ZPR and the BST. V32 will concentrate on longer PU, HP and intervals & sets (Still working on the 10:00 effort). V32 will have some challenging sprint sets, more pacing work (mixed paces, PU’s, JK’s) and the :60 BST. Look for a new BST challenge set (week 11), 15-30 min Adventures, more PU training, 10:00 efforts and more PLP encouragement. It’s important to add PLP’s to your training (balance), they work the apposing PU muscle groups.
