V31 will emphasize the SQTH[H], SQTH > 2PU[H2P], BBZ, ZBB and combination patterns[H > H2P > F]. V31 will concentrate on longer PU, HP and H2P intervals & sets (working on the 10:00 effort). V31 will have some challenging sprint sets, more pacing work and continued work on 50r @ :02 SQTH[1:40]. Look for a new BBZ and ZBB challenge set (week 11), lot’s of PU’s training, 10:00 efforts and more PLP encouragement. It’s important to add PLP’s to your training (balance), they work the apposing PU muscle groups…

Lastly, as always, be prepared for some unexpected HARD cherry’s, hsm’s, & HSM’s along the way! Remember, it’s the HARD things that unlock the doors to the Magic Kingdom… J
