In my thinking, it’s important to know where you were, where you are and where you want to be (goals). ReNA uses a pre and post evaluation workout (affectionately called EVE) and timed efforts to measure progress (think of them as training yardsticks).
V29 will emphasize the 3PUS, 2PUS, 1PUS, SUK, BBZ , [M] with 3 planned 500m timed efforts (weeks 1, 6 & 11). V29 will continue to work on combining the [UK, 1-3PUS, FLSQ & JSQ] into longer interval sets (10:00). We will continue to work on complex leg patterns and BIG jumps (TJ optional). V29 will have some challenging short sprint sets and the MC is back. V29 has 3 x 10:00 JH set (weeks 1, 6 & 11), 100 RFT (my favorite), a BBZ challenge set (week 11) and timed complex BBZ sets, PU’s and more PLP work (5 Punch Card for your first PU and or PLP)…
Lastly, as always, be prepared for some unexpected HARD cherry’s, hsm’s, & HSM’s along the way! Remember, it’s the HARD things that unlock the doors to the Magic Kingdom… J
