All ReNA cycles teach and train…

The Burpee family, the Squat family, the Push-up family, the Jump family and Running basics. All ReNA cycles use repetition and practice to train focused, functional, full range of motion, whole body movement. All ReNA cycles use movement ratio’s, pacing, complex Burpee’s, jumping skills & drills, running skills & drills, movement transitions, movement progressions and HIIT protocols to challenge you and make you better…

V28…

In my thinking, it’s important to know where you were, where you are and where you want to be (goals). ReNA uses a repeated test workout (affectionately called EVE, short for evaluation) and timed efforts. Think of them as training yardsticks and use them to measure your progress. V28 will emphasize the 2PUS, DRU, DBBZ, STPL, [M] & some Shuttle work, with an occasional 500m timed effort. V28 will work on the PRSQ, NSQ and OHSQ with less focus on TJ (optional). V28 will attack the 10:00 JH set, a BBZ challenge set and more PU work…

Lastly, as always, be prepared for some unexpected HARD cherry’s, hsm’s, & HSM’s along the way! Remember, it’s the HARD things that unlock the doors to the Magic Kingdom… J
