About this cycle

Oct. 2, 2017 – Dec. 16, 2017

All ReNA cycles teach and train…
The Burpee family, the Squat family, the Push-up family, the Jump family and Running basics. All ReNA cycles use repetition and practice to train focused, functional, full range of motion, whole body movement. All ReNA cycles use movement ratio’s, pacing, complex Burpee’s, jumping skills & drills, running skills & drills, movement transitions, movement progressions and HIIT protocols to challenge you and make you better…

In my thinking, it’s important to know where you were, where you are and where you want to be. A person needs to have training goals and a way to measure the results of their training. I use what I call EVE (short for evaluation) and timed efforts. They are training yardsticks and are used to measure your progress. V27 will evaluate with a new version of EVE, as ReNA evolves, so does EVE. We will continue with the :60 RI and introduce some new challenging training sets. V27 will mostly train with the minor/major, occasionally we will run a 500m timed effort (for comparison), I want to experiment with the [mM], for those not having a run option and to see what happens with 500m times. V27 has three guarantees, somewhere along the way we will attack the 10:00 JH set, a BBZ challenge and a relentless assault on the 50i Push-up set…
Lastly, as always, be prepared for some unexpected hard things (like cherry’s, hsm’s, & HSM’s) along the way, but remember, it’s the HARD things that work the ‘magic’ on your mind and body… J
