About this cycle

Apr. 3, 2016 – June. 17, 2016

V25 will evaluate with EVE on TD4 & TD31.  We will do ADAM on TD 17.

In my thinking, it’s important to know where you were, where you are and where you want to be, ADAM and EVE are training yardsticks, I think of the ADAM and EVE training sessions as bodyweight movement decathlons…

V25 will concentrate on the ReNA basic 6: Burpee family, Squat family, Push-up family, Jump family and Pull-up family.  V25 has several significant 100 rep goals (US, UK, USKT, UST, TJ) and some unusual ‘ReNA problem sets’ to solve.  We will practice and train FORM, Movement Ratio’s, pacing (:03, :04, :05), complex Burpee’s (BB, ZPR, BBZ & progressions), work on our jumping skills (VJ, TJ, LJ & progressions) and continue to encourage the Dead-hang Pull-up (progressions) journey.  As always, be prepared for unexpected turns in the road, they do ‘magical’ things to your mind and body … J
