Volume 23 will emphasize Push-ups, Push-up Burpees (SQTH/PU, MUS, US) Complex Burpees and I will introduce you to OMF’s (hassliebe).  We will continue to work on TJ’s and re-introduce the jump element on the Burpee (UK & US Burpee).  Volume 22 went well, but as in all things, it could be better.  I am still after the 100+ MUS @ :04 > goal and plan to use some different attack strategies to reach it.  We will continue to run 1500 to 2000 meters a week… J
