Volume 22 will emphasize Push-ups and the Modified Push-up Burpee (MUS).  In my thinking the weakest general public movement is the lowly Push-up.  The Push-up is one of the most important core strength movements; it’s foundational.  I will introduce the Tuck Jump and encourage rest interval Pull-ups, another challenging (HARD) foundational ReNA® movement… J
