Get instant access to this training cycle, comprised of 44* recorded training sessions over the course of 11 weeks. Each session is raw and uncut; led by ReNA founder, Jon Joseph, and includes pre-workout training advice, workout explanations, form instruction, and clearly audible interval beeps, allowing you to perform the workouts along with the video. Included with every video is a high-resolution photo of each whiteboard and the ability to post questions and comments to our community of licensed ReNA instructors.

All ReNA cycles teach and train…
The Burpee family, the Squat family, the Jump family, the Push-up family, the Pull-up family and Running basics. All ReNA cycles use repetition and practice to train focused, functional, full range of motion, whole body movement. All ReNA cycles use and teach bodyweight exercises, movement ratio’s & combinations, pacing, complex Burpee’s, jumping skills & drills, running skills & drills, movement transitions, movement progressions and HIIT protocols. Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can do… J
In my thinking, it’s important to know where you were, where you are and where you want to be (goals). ReNA uses a pre and post evaluation ‘workout’ (affectionately called EVE) and timed efforts to measure progress and find weakness.
V36 will emphasize the P-H, HPr, HPU pace training & 1-3:00 BB, ZPR, BBZ & DGR efforts. As always, V36 will have some challenging H sprint sets & the JHS will return to a straight-up H-PU 10:00 effort (no :06 Pace clock) & look for more ReNA flash card training games. I will continue to encourage PLP’s & CHN’s, they work the apposing PU muscle groups (balance)…
